The problem of violating Apple’s iPhone and iPad-related patents reached Japan. There were the simillar problems in Australia, South Korea and Germany. Now it comes to Samsung Galaxy series of smartphones and tablets.

Apple is seeking the temporary suspension of Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy S II. Also they are not very happy about the producing Samsung’s tablet, the Galaxy Tab 7. Afret the succes in Europe and Australia Apple hopes to succeed in that case.
Except the production ban Apple demands $1.3 million in damages. The first hearing was on Wednesday but there still no news on that case.

So should Apple depend their ideas and innovations? I think so.
