Women are twice as active men in social networks

The British telecommunications company BT Group conducted a survey of two thousand people for their enthusiasm for social networks. It was found that the most active users of services such as Facebook and Twitter, are women.

The survey showed that more than half of the fairer sex regularly communicate in social networks, among men the figure is 34%, reports The Telegraph. 18% of women surveyed said that if the Internet did not exist, the greatest disappointment they have caused this lack of social networks.
