The thinnest smartphone camera

It seems that Japan is once again justified its place among the leaders in technological progress, ahead of the world with its announcement that Sharp has developed what they called "the finest in the world of optical camera for smartphones." Despite its small size: 11,0 × 11,0 × 5,47 mm, Japanese design has a 12.1-megapixel sensor. 12.1-megapixel camera comes with a Japanese lighting provides image stabilization, but also capable of recording Full HD 1080p video. The company plans to launch the device in mass production in January 2012 but before mass production begins, Sharp plans to equip its two new product smartphone on Android, they will be Sharp Aquos Phone SH-01D and the Sharp Aquos Phone 102SH. This must happen before the end of this year. Let's hope that the company will issue licenses to other manufacturers to use their smartphone development, which may lead to production of thinner devices.
