Nokia loses patent litigation company IPCom

Mobile phone manufacturer Nokia has lost patent trial German company IPCom. April 20, 2012 the Court of Mannheim found guilty of violating Nokia patents IPCom. It is reported by Yahoo.com.

News - Nokia Secretary Mark Durrant (Mark Durrant) said that the court's decision did not affect the current generation of mobile phones.

"We do not agree with the decision of the court, but all the patents for phones that were listed in the lawsuit were issued in February 2011, and our current products use other methods," - said Durrant.

The court ruling does not appear to violate whether existing phones any patents IPCom. Recall that in 2011 the court in London found that Nokia has not been producing phones that are listed in the lawsuit IPCom.
